Individual Counseling

One-on-one therapy explores the psychological impact of personal histories, current circumstances, and future plans. With over 30 years as a clinician, I apply results-based strategies and positive guidance to complex personal challenges so patients can achieve a better quality of life.
Couples and family counseling, if indicated, may also be used as a therapeutic tool.
Seniors & Aging

Senior citizens often have a unique set of challenges, and counseling can help. Isolation and loneliness, lifestyle changes, unresolved issues, loss of purpose, grief, substance misuse, reduced cognitive function, and physical impairment can all have a psychological effect on people in the later seasons of life.
Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are complex conditions that can occur in an ongoing cycle. Chronic worry can lead to emotional burnout and depression, especially if underlying issues are left unresolved. Clinically-proven modalities, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), can interrupt the cycle and restore quality of life.
Group Therapy

Group therapy provides the opportunity to build understandings through the context of people in similar circumstances. At a time when many people feel increasingly disconnected, group therapy offers therapeutic fellowship in a confidential, non-judgmental environment.
Groups are forming now.
"Dr. Ridge was a beacon of light during a dark period of my life. She assisted me in navigating through one of the most emotionally difficult moments of my adult life, and I remain in her debt."
